Teachers can request special services from the Library

The Library provides a number of services geared towards teachers in elementary and high school. The list of services below is not comprehensive and if you have special requests, please reach out to us and we will try to assist you.

Services Available to Teachers:

Classroom Tours

We can offer a variety of tours for your classroom. Tours could include storytimes, a scavenger hunt, a maker program, crafts, research help, book talks, or archives visits. Let us know what your need is and we can design a tour to meet those needs.

Visits to Schools

We can come to your classroom to do storytimes, books talks, database help, or other activities.

Pull Lists

Teachers who require books on a certain topic or a specific title can arrange for Library staff to pull the items and have them ready for pickup on a specified date.
